Abdul Enemah Emmanuel is the Principal Officer at EEA Abdul Law Chamber, Jabi, Abuja. Prior to leading EEA Abdul Law Chamber, he served as an Associate Lawyer at Mackay’s Chambers & Associates, Abuja, where he advised clients on diverse legal matters, represented clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings, and prepared critical legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions. During this period, he collaborated on complex matters involving government agencies, corporate organizations, and private individuals. He also contributed to securing a 90% liability reduction for a corporate client through structured regulatory compliance and successfully defended clients in civil litigation matters resulting in favorable settlements.
Earlier, Emmanuel worked with Ekeinde Obas & Associates (Obstek Chamber), where he handled civil and commercial litigation, conducted legal due diligence for corporate transactions, negotiated settlements, and advised on employment and regulatory matters. His work helped clients avoid high-risk contractual engagements through detailed investigation and legal analysis, while also supporting property-related legal structures that delivered profitable outcomes for clients.
He also served as a Pupil State Counsel at the Ministry of Justice, Lafia, where he supported litigation teams, conducted legal research on statutes and case law, and assisted in drafting key legal processes including affidavits, charges, and legal advisory documents. His early career training included externships at the Chief Magistrate Court, Dutse, Abuja, and Country Chambers, Mabuchi, Abuja, where he gained practical exposure to court procedures, legal drafting, and litigation processes.
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from Kogi State University and a Barrister-at-Law (BL) qualification from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. His academic and professional training provide him with strong analytical capabilities and a thorough understanding of Nigerian legal systems and regulatory frameworks
